I stepped on the scales today, and was up one pound. That is very discouraging. I ate really well yesterday, and I had two exercise classes. On the new Weight Watchers program, fruit is free. I cut open a watermelon last night, and used my ice cream scoop to make balls. The remaining bits in the hull, I ate. Then, I ate a bowl full, then another bowl. I don’t think they meant that much, when they said free.
Watermelon season isn’t very long. You have to grab it while you can.
